About the House
Casa Real Danaia has been rebuilt but still keeps the original character and traditional outlines of an old farm house. Many stories and memories were experienced in this house and remained until the day of today.
It is an excellent option for those who seek the most distant and isolated places surrounded by a beautiful countryside and with a magnificent view of the valleys and mountains of Parque Nacional da Peneda-Geręs.
The village of Germil is located halfway between Ponte da Barca and Terras de Bouro. The village is surrounded by a rich and natural landscape characterized by its vineyards and indigenous flora and fauna.
Casa Real Danaia – T3 - Floor plan
Ground floor: Entrance hall, living room (sofa and TV), kitchen (Stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine, cookware and utensils), 2 bedrooms (1double and 1 twin) both with private bathroom.
First floor: Dining room, 1 double bedroom with bathroom.
Exterior: Small exterior garden shared with Casa Real Danaia –T1, portable BBQ.
General: Bed linens and towels are included. Electric heating. Products for breakfast will be provided. Pets are not allowed.
Prices:
Exclusive use of the house for 6 persons: € 135/night.
Extra bed: €15/night.
Notes: These prices are for the exclusive use of the house. Extra bed only for children up to 12 years. Minimum stay: 2 nights.
