About the House
It is in the small place of Balouca, in the enchanting village of Cabração where we can find one of the largest and oldest buildings of the village. Casa Matos Lima, with beautiful walls made of shale, has been recently recovered to receive guests with all comfort and quality.
This house once was a single dwelling, but has been divided into two units to better serve its guests.
This house still maintains memories of its ancient times and histories of the village, inviting you to experience the most genuine of the village. Its spacious exterior is an excellent option fort hose who want tranquillity while admiring the astonishing surroundings.
Situated in mountains of fertile soil in Ponte de Lima, Cabração is an enchanting village that invites those who love nature to have a few days of total relaxation and to admire the two reliefs that surround Cabração: Serra de Arga and Serra do Formigoso.

Ground floor: 2 Double rooms with en suite bathroom.
First floor: Living/dining room (sofa and TV), kitchen (stove, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, cookware and utensils)
Exterior: Garden, portable barbecue, parking and garden furniture.
General: Includes bed linens and towels. Electric heating. Pets are not allowed.
Prices:
Exclusive use of the house for 4 persons: €95/night.
Extra bed: €20/night.
Notes: These prices are for the exclusive use of the house. Extra bed only for children up to 12 years. Minimum stay: 2 nights.
