About the House
It is in the heart of an enchanting village called Germil where we can find Casa Nova. Casa Nova is an old farm house now restored to receive guests with all comfort.
This home invites you to discover the ancient traditions of this rural village and the fauna and flora of Serra Amerela.
Germil is a typical mountain village that makes part of a majestic valley situated on one of the many peaks of Serra Amarela in Parque Nacional da Peneda-Geręs. This isolated village is characterized by its vegetation distinguished by oak trees and chestnut trees.
Casa Nova – T2 - Floor plan
Ground floor: 2 rooms (1 double and 1 twin), 1 bathroom.
First floor: Living room (sofa, stove, TV), kitchen (stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, dishwasher, cookware and utensils), 1 bathroom.
Exterior: Small exterior space.
General: Bed linens and towels are included. Electric heating. Pets are not allowed.
Prices:
Exclusive use of the house for 4 persons: € 95/night.
Extra bed: €20/night.
Notes: These prices are for the exclusive use of the house. Extra bed only for children up to 12 years. Minimum stay: 2 nights.
